The Chicago Bulls 2011–12 season is the 46th season of the franchise in the National Basketball Association (NBA). After reaching the Eastern Conference finals the year before, the Bulls attempted to build on the success of the previous year as reigning NBA MVP Derrick Rose led the rest of the team. The Bulls clinched a playoff spot after becoming the first team in the league to reach 40 wins.

The season began on Christmas Day and consisted of a shortened, 66-game regular season schedule. The first few weeks of the season were canceled due to the 2011 NBA lockout. The regular season ended on April 26, 2012.
